Returning Home Sessions
“To be Woven Home — is to Return, to Remember, to gather all the parts of one’s self one has lost along the way, and weave them together into coherence again. When one has been “Woven Home,” there is an exhale, a sigh of relief, a landing. The body, the cells, the entirety of the being remembers. You have recovered and welcomed all the lost parts, and found yourself again. You have returned to your Wholeness. The search is over:
You are Home”.
Yaeli Moonrise is a Professional Counselor, Herbalist, Bodyworker and Astrologer, having spent the last decade diving deep and completing certifications in various healing modalities in search of what healing actually looks like, and what works. She is so pleased to be able to offer to others the jewels of her own heroine’s journey through her private practice seeing clients in Lyle, WA and online.
Yaeli has a M.A. In Process Oriented Facilitation from the Processwork Institute in Portland, OR and completed her clinical training through the River’s Way Clinic in Portland. All aspects of her work involves cultivating and strengthening intuition and deep listening—from the wisdom of our bodies and the Soul of the world—expressed in the natural elements all around us, our most mysterious symptoms, and our nighttime dreams. She is a wise, fearless and compassionate companion in the dark and helps others traverse the difficult waters of their Soul journeys. At its core, her work will help you to make meaning from the most challenging life disturbances.
She also loves to assist others in returning to wholeness, overcoming their own conditioning and society-imposed obstacles, and unlocking full permission to live their truest, wildest natures. She specializes in working with those suffering from chronic illness without having found relief; those experiencing inexplicable altered spates of consciousness (experiences with Kundalini awakenings, etc.), and anyone in need of encouragement to remember why they are truly here and follow their joy. Following the trustworthy call of her Soul, she has come home here on this land in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge and offers healing sessions while tending to the land and raising alpacas.

Angels of History
Yaeli teams up with her deep soul friend and colleague, fellow Processwork facilitator Daniel Eisenberg, to offer a container for those of Jewish ancestry to come together to collectively process the impact of historical Jewish trauma in an effort to heal and put down the burden that we may unconsciously be carrying through all that our ancestors did and did not survive. This work is a deep part of Yaeli’s soul purpose, and by bringing the conscious light of awareness into the most difficult, hidden and previously unprocessed places in her family’s painful history, frees her to fully live her most stunning and audacious visions and dreams on the land at Woven Home Farm. As Yaeli’s journey has involved being with her ancestors’ great trauma and suffering as it was passed down into her own body, and finding a way to transform it into healing, purpose, and now even joy (!), Yaeli is committed to sharing ways for digesting great suffering and finding the pearl of wisdom within in. Her prayer is that we go into the places that others in our lineage may not have dared to go — in order to free the energy of our family line, allow ourselves to occupy our lives in present time, and be here in this special and sacred incarnation in an extraordinary way, able to create a happy, alive and easeful future without bypassing and also without being weighed down by the Great Weight of the past.
What this work involves
Daniel has been offering Angels of History for the past few years in the U.K., and he and Yaeli held the first Angels of History retreat in the U.S. in March 2022. They will be offering a year-long group with monthly meetings on a relevant topic related to the survival strategies of our ancestors, and how they continue to show up in our lives today, as well as an in-person retreat, beginning October 2023 and running through summer of 2024. If this work speaks to you and you’d like to be informed of when the U.S. container for Angels of History launches in 2023, please sign up for our email list below and indicate “Angels of History.”
On the Origins of Angels of History, which originally came through Daniel Eisenberg:
Angels of History comes from the Angel of History who Paul Klee painted in 1920 and philosopher Walter Benjamin describes in further detail :
“A Klee painting named Angelus Novus shows an angel looking as though he is about to move away from something he is fixedly contemplating. His eyes are staring, his mouth is open, his wings are spread. This is how one pictures the angel of history. His face is turned toward the past. Where we perceive a chain of events, he sees one single catastrophe which keeps piling wreckage upon wreckage and hurls it in front of his feet. The angel would like to stay, awaken the dead, and make whole what has been smashed. But a storm is blowing from Paradise; it has got caught in his wings with such violence that the angel can no longer close them. The storm irresistibly propels him into the future to which his back is turned, while the pile of debris before him grows skyward. This storm is what we call progress.”
“It is part of the task as revolutionary people…to be as whole as it is possible for us to be. This can only be done if we face the reality of what oppression really means in our lives, not as abstract systems subject to analysis but as an avalanche of traumas, leaving a wake of devastation in the lives of real people, who nevertheless remain human, unquenchable, complex and full of possibility.’ “ Aurora Levins Morales, Medicine Stories
Client Testimonials:
“Yaeli and Daniel are a dynamic, warm, and talented facilitation team. They think through every detail to make their process facilitation as grounded and meaningful as possible. From start to finish I felt held and safe, but Daniel and Yaeli also challenged me to be more present in our work and to show up in deeper ways for myself and the group. I highly recommend signing up for any of their programs.” (A A, March 2022)
“The weekend together was amazing. The Angels of History retreat was a weekend to remember. I am grateful to our fearless leaders for holding space in such a beautiful way that allowed us, participants, to connect and understand each other in ways we might otherwise not have. Thank you again for putting this incredible weekend together. Forever grateful for your time and effort.” (NC, March 2022)
“The container that you created was amazing. From the different process work that gave me the opportunity to think about where I came from and what I know and do not know was super powerful. It’s led to some further conversations among family and I hope to continue what you helped start. “(JN, March 2022)
